Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
  • During product launches, restocks, or holiday seasons, processing times may be slightly longer due to high order volume.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times after your order has shipped:

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • Canada: 7–14 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Free shipping promotions, when available, will be automatically applied at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us immediately. If your order has already shipped, we may be unable to make changes.

SAVD is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, FaithinMeBrand is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you still need assistance, feel free to reach out to our support team.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
